Don’t Blame the Hill

More often than not, struggling real estate agents will look to blame their situation, rather than look inward at the possibility that it may be them.

You’ve got to put energy and effort into something to keep it going.

Too often we are looking for enertia …. gravity ….false sence of motion without effort …..Hot markets create false heroes

Works for awhile …..until the bottom hits…

Agents then tend to change companies looking for inertia without effort … instead of climbing the hill they are on.
