Nebraska Loophole to Drop Off Your Teen

OK…couldn’t resist passing this along ..Only in Nebraska ? A July Nebraska Safe Haven law designed to encourage troubled mothers to relinquish their newborns has instead spawned a rash of abandoned teenagers.
Nebraska legislature is now considering an age limit to the law as to date there have been 19 “dropped off” teens and no newborns. [...]
